Rafael Fonseca was raised in the Miami area. Rafael attended the University of South Florida and received an Associate of Arts Degree. Rafael finished his bachelor’s at Florida International University in Miami. He received a Bachelor Health Care Administration degree, and later in his career pursued a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University in Nebraska. Rafael was the Executive Director for 35 years in the Nursing Home Industry in Florida and Ohio. Rafael’s 35 years in management and the health and service industry have prepared him to deliver exceptional customer service, dedication, and professionalism to his clients.
He is a past and current Rotarian. Rotary and its mission to "provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders”, is important to me and how I have lived my life and my career.
